The hotel was delightful and fairly clean with calm and super staff especially at the reception desk. My standard queen room with a good bathroom and toiletries plus electronic devices was nice. The location was brilliant for exploring this lovely area, adjacent to boat station as well as a quiet alleyway.

Delightful and satisfactory breakfast, wonderful standard queen room. Exceptionally comfortable bed, a good size bathroom. Brilliant location, within walking distance from a bus stop if needed.

Its location is brilliant, very close to a stone arch bridge. And it's set in a lovely area adjacent to the water taxi / bus stops, restaurants near by and a major vaporetto stop. The breakfast is satisfactory and yoghourt and cheese are appetising.

The hotel is relaxing, has delightful views and absolutely perfect location close enough to the train station, vaporettos and Piazzale Roma as well as a restaurant called Ai Scalzi Ristorante. We stay in superior triple room quite often, it is decent size and newly renovated.
It's a pity but the shower pressure was low.

Exceptionally comfortable beds in our superior queen room. Luxury bathroom with a bath; very, very nice and understanding staff. Location - amazing, right by metro. Also, right by train station + vaporetto.

Superfriendly staff, delightful views to the garden view, everything is nice. The standard queen room is charming little and has a lounge, a safe box, and a chair. Its location minutes away from the heart of Venice is magnificent. The place to have dinner not too far away from the hotel is Zanze Xvi.

Some people working there were not that friendly.
